Exporting the Actual Tree Structure

Step 1. Accessing the Data Export Interface​

The goal of this stage is to open the actual tree structure dashboard and prepare the synchronized Google Ads data entities for the external export process.

  1. Navigate to the Actual Structure page.
  2. The page displays a table listing all elements of the hierarchical account tree currently uploaded to the platform.
  3. Click the Export Tree button located in the upper-right corner above the table.

Step 2. Selecting File Format and Triggering the Export​

The goal of this stage is to determine the final file extension according to the administrator's technical requirements and initiate the document compilation.

  1. Clicking the button opens a modal configuration window for the export settings.
  2. Inside the window, select the required file extension from the available options:
    • csv
    • pdf
    • xlsx
  3. Click the Export button to confirm the action.

Step 3. Downloading and Saving the Structure File​

The goal of this stage is to complete the data compilation workflow by allowing the system to securely deliver the file to the user's local machine.

  1. Upon confirmation, the system will compile a live snapshot of the tree structure containing all elements synchronized up to the current moment.
  2. The file in the selected format will automatically begin downloading to your local device through the web browser.
  3. Verify that the file has been successfully downloaded and close the modal window to return to standard data management on the platform.
