Creating Structural Transfers

Step 1. Initiating the Transfer Process

The goal of this stage is to access the platform's specialized hierarchy management interface and launch the form for modifying the internal account structure.

  1. Navigate to the Structural Changes page.
  2. The page displays a table listing all previously created and active structural transfers.
  3. Click the transfer creation button located in the upper-right corner above the table.

Step 2. Configuring Source and Target Hierarchy Nodes

The goal of this stage is to precisely define the structural entity being moved and its new target location within the manager accounts (MCC) hierarchy.

Within the opened modal window, complete the configuration form where fields are represented as cascading dropdown menus (selects) that step-by-step map out the tree elements:

  • Transfer from source MCC — sequentially select the root MCC, sub-MCC, and the specific account that needs to be relocated from the dropdown lists.
  • Transfer to target MCC — sequentially select the target destination branch where the chosen account should be routed.

Step 3. Launching the Operation and Status Monitoring

The goal of this stage is to trigger the systemic relocation process, record the transaction in the audit logs, and maintain operational control over its status.

  1. Upon confirming the configuration and creating the transfer, the system automatically generates a background task titled Hierarchy Internal Transfer.
  2. To track the execution progress of the operation, use one of the two available methods:
    • Method A: Check the live status of the item directly in the main table on the Structural Changes page within the "Operation ID" column.
    • Method B: Use the main menu to navigate to the Operations page, locate the generated task in the shared registry, and monitor its lifecycle there.
  3. In the event of technical discrepancies or API issues on the external provider's side, the task status will shift to "Manual Action Required". In this state, management controls will become available to the administrator on the Operations page, allowing them to manually retry the operation or completely cancel it.
