Editing Team Post-Pay Limits
Step 1. Locating the Team in the Registry
The goal of this stage is to find the specific workgroup (team) within the main directory to modify its individual financial parameters and credit allocations.
- Navigate to the Teams page.
- The page displays a table listing all registered teams on the platform.
- Locate the targeted team row and click the Edit Limit button at the end of the row.
Step 2. Configuring Financial Limit Parameters
The goal of this stage is to define precise credit boundaries, interest rates, and service fees, as well as to determine the overall availability of post-payment for the selected team.
Within the opened modal window, complete the form by filling out the following mandatory fields:
- Limit — input field to specify the allocated credit limit (the available balance is fixed in US Dollars).
- Fee in percent — input field to define the platform's service charge as a percentage for utilizing the service.
- Monthly interest — input field to set the interest rate charged on a monthly basis for using the allocated limit.
- Post-pay enabled — a "Switch" control (Toggle) to globally activate or deactivate the Post-Pay capability for the selected team.
Step 3. Saving Changes and Enforcement
The goal of this stage is to commit the updated limits to the database and immediately enforce the new financial boundaries for the balance of all members within the selected team.
- Double-check the accuracy of the entered numeric values and the position of the post-pay toggle.
- Click the form submission button to confirm the operation.
- The updated limits and interest rates will be applied automatically, instantly modifying the team's available budget and operational terms across the platform.
