Processing Post-Pay Requests
Step 1. Reviewing the Request List
The goal of this stage is to review incoming user requests for credit limit allocation (Post-Pay) and prepare them for administrative evaluation.
- Navigate to the Post-Pay Requests page.
- The page displays a table containing all active user applications for obtaining Post-Pay access.
- Review the counterparty details within the corresponding application row.
Step 2. Taking Action on the Request
The goal of this stage is to execute an administrative decision (approval or rejection) and, in the event of an approval, configure the specific financial terms for the limit.
Action buttons are available at the end of each application row in the table:
- Rejecting a request: Click the "Reject" button. A confirmation modal window will appear to prevent accidental clicks. Confirm the action.
- Approving a request: Click the "Approve" button. A modal window containing a configuration form will appear, where you must specify the following financial terms:
- Currency — pre-selected as US Dollar (USD); selecting any other currency is currently disabled.
- Amount — input field to specify the allocated credit limit.
- Fee — input field to define the platform's service charge for utilizing the service.
- Monthly interest — input field to set the interest rate charged on a monthly basis for using the limit.
Step 3. Verifying the Financial Terms
The goal of this stage is to ensure that the application has been successfully processed by the system and that the configured limits and interest rates have been applied to the user's account balance.
- Upon submitting the form or confirming the action in the modal window, the request status will update within the system.
- You can verify the active balance, assigned fees, and the overall allocated limit within the specific user profile or the financial management dashboard.
