Editing Available Root MCCs for a Team
Step 1. Accessing Team Settings
The goal of this stage is to locate the specific workgroup (team) within the platform's main registry and open the configuration interface to manage its technical bindings and settings.
- Navigate to the Teams page.
- The page displays a table listing all registered teams on the platform.
- Locate the targeted team and click the Team Settings button at the end of its row.
Step 2. Configuring Available MCCs and Automation Rules
The goal of this stage is to define the pool of manager accounts (MCCs) available to the team members and establish automated security rules for handling them.
Within the opened modal window, configure the following access parameters:
- Available Root MCCs — a multi-select field where you must specify one or several root MCCs whose data will be directly accessible to all members of this team.
- Automatically unlink suspended accounts — a "Switch" control (Toggle) with a corresponding description. When enabled, the system will automatically revoke access to any accounts within the MCC that have been suspended, mitigating security risks.
Step 3. Saving Changes and Enforcement
The goal of this stage is to commit the updated access rights and automation rules to the database and immediately enforce them within the team members' workspace.
- Double-check the accuracy of the selected root MCCs and the position of the automatic unlinking toggle.
- Click the save button to confirm the operation.
- The new configuration will be applied automatically. Changes in ad account visibility and security behaviors will take effect upon the next actions performed by this team's users across the platform.
