User Account Blocking Flow

Step 1. Locating the User in the Registry

The goal of this stage is to find the specific user account within the main directory to perform administrative actions.

  1. Navigate to the Users page.
  2. The page displays a table listing all registered platform users.
  3. Use the search or filter tools to locate the row corresponding to the targeted user.

Step 2. Specifying the Reason and Confirming the Block

The goal of this stage is to document the official reason for the access restriction, double-check the counterparty details, and initiate an immediate session termination.

  1. At the end of the selected user's row, click the Block User button.
  2. A modal window will open, where you must complete the following steps:
    • Fill in the mandatory text field, specifying the reason for blocking in detail.
    • Review the user information displayed at the bottom of the window to prevent blocking the wrong account.
  3. Click the Block button to apply the restriction.

Step 3. Verifying Access Revocation and Security Compliance

The goal of this stage is to ensure that the system has successfully isolated the blocked user and instantly revoked all digital access credentials associated with the account.

Upon clicking the confirmation button, the system automatically executes the following security actions:

  1. The user's active session is terminated, and they are immediately forced out of the system (Logged out).
  2. All API keys associated with this specific user account are fully revoked and invalidated to block any automated external requests.
  3. The user's status within the table updates to "Blocked".
