Processing User Applications

Step 1. Verifying Contact Information

The goal of this stage is to review the list of incoming requests from users and perform an initial verification of their profiles before granting access.

  1. Navigate to the New Applications page.
  2. Locate the specific user application in the displayed list.
  3. Check the availability, correctness, and authenticity of the applicant's provided contact details.

Step 2. Taking Action on the Application

The goal of this stage is to execute an administrative action (approval or rejection) based on the results of the user data verification.

Two control buttons are available at the end of each application row:

  • "Approve" Button — used if the data is correct. Clicking it opens a modal window containing an optional multi-select field. In this field, you can select one or more root MCCs to be assigned to this user.
  • "Reject" Button — used in case of incorrect data or spam. Clicking it opens a confirmation modal window to prevent accidental clicks.

Step 3. Verifying Status Updates

The goal of this stage is to ensure that the action was successfully processed by the system and that the user has received the appropriate access status to the platform resources.

  1. Upon confirming the action in the modal window, the application will automatically disappear from the list of new requests.
  2. You can verify the user's updated status and assigned MCCs in the main user directory on the platform.
