Viewing the Referral Structure

Step 1. Navigating to the Referrals Section

The goal of this stage is to access the referral tracking interface. This can be accomplished via two independent methods depending on the administrator's current workflow.

  • Method A (Direct Navigation): Use the main menu to navigate to the Referrals page. This opens a blank filtering panel where parameters must be selected manually.
  • Method B (Quick Navigation from Teams Registry): While on the Teams page, locate the required workgroup in the table. In the "Referrals" column, click the action button — the system will instantly redirect you to the referrals page with the filter pre-configured for this specific team.

Step 2. Configuring Display Filters

The goal of this stage is to define the mandatory search criteria required to accurately render the structure of attracted participants.

To display data on the Referrals page, you must fill in the following control panel parameters:

  1. Select Team — specify the target team for which the referral relationships need to be audited (if accessed via Method B, this field will be populated automatically).
  2. Referral Type — select the data breakdown level from the dropdown list. The platform allows you to view the structure from two perspectives:
    • Viewing attracted Teams;
    • Viewing attracted Users.

Step 3. Analyzing Referral Data

The goal of this stage is to review the generated information and ensure that the system has successfully compiled the relationship tree for the selected entity.

  1. Once both mandatory filters are applied, the table displaying the referral structure will load.
  2. Examine the generated list of attracted entities, their identifiers, and associated financial or technical metrics.
  3. To shift the focus of your analysis, change the referral type or select a different team within the filtering panel without reloading the page.
